Return Policy & FAQ's

We only offer refunds if the product is faulty. If the unit is faulty you must return it within 72 hours, for a full refund (upon discretion). As soon as we receive the product we will examine the product and determine if you are eligible for a refund or not.  

We will not accept any returns or exchanges of any products if they are not in its original state. WE suggest that our customers take full advantage of all available videos, photos and tutorials before ordering if you have any questions. Also, feel free to call or email us so we can assist you in purchasing the perfect wig.  
If you order the wrong size, we cannot offer a refund. But we are more than happy to assist you in sizing. There is also a YouTube video posted on our channel to show you how to properly measure you head for the perfect fit.  HTTPS:// 

All shipping and handling cost will be at the customer’s expense therefore we suggest you send it through a courier that provides tracking information and delivery confirmation. We are not responsible for lost packages. We must receive the merchandise before any exchange can be made. In a case where any of the conditions below are not met, we reserve the right to refuse and exchange or refund.  
In order for a refund to be considered the package must come as follows.



  • -    Wig must be in its original state (no cut lace, no holes)

  • -    If we receive the wig back with any problems or can see that it’s been worn, we will not refund you.

  • -    If the wig is damaged in any way, we cannot offer you a refund.

  • -    Wigs/Extensions/Products must all be shipped back within 3 working days of receiving the wig.

  • -    If the wig is returned w/o all of the packaging, we cannot refund you.
